The balanced composition of the intestinal microflora is of great importance for human health and the quality of life. The digestive tract is populated with bacteria a few hours after the birth of the child. Between these microorganisms, a certain equilibrium is established - an individual qualitative and quantitative composition of the intestinal microflora is formed. Therefore, it is important to maintain its own bacteria, because it is difficult to fully restore the bacterial flora by settling bacteria.

To maintain your own microflora, you need to use a sufficient number of so-called prebiotics - nutrients that feed microorganisms. The energy and plastic needs of normal intestinal flora are provided by carbohydrate nutrients, including lactulose.

Unreasonable nutrition - the use of refined products, the reduction in the diet of the amount of plant coarse fiber food - the main reason for the insufficient intake of prebiotics in the body.
