What you can drink for the intestines with antibiotics
How to feed antibiotics
ABOUTsenile slush, winter cold, flu epidemics - and pills, potions, injections. Each of us at least once in our life prescribed antibiotics, but it is unlikely that many have heard that the effectiveness of these medicines entirely depends on our menu. "Well, not only do you eat, you also limit yourself in eating?" Do not be discouraged - diet in the treatment of antibiotics - not a punishment, but an excellent reason to eat and drink a lot of different goodies, which we rarely spoil ourselves in the usual time!
Fruit juices - liters!
At the usual time, the human body needs at least two liters of fluid per day. But while taking antibiotics you need to drink at least 3, a liter a day! And you do not need to drink everything, but first of all fruit juices, tea and coffee with lemon - in general, all drinks, containing natural vitamin C (the famous ascorbic acid, which helps the body fight with infection). Ascorbic is rich in almost all freshly squeezed juices - especially orange, apple, strawberry, peach. A separate question - how and how to wash down tablets? Each pill or capsule should be washed with at least half a glass, or even better - with a whole a glass of warm boiled water - only then the undissolved products of the preparation will not irritate mucous. (Of this rule, however, there are exceptions - for example, sulfanilamide preparations are best washed with an alkaline mineral water). Tea and coffee for these purposes are categorically not suitable, because they contain many astringent and tannic substances that reduce the effectiveness of the medicine. Therefore, these drinks can be drunk quite calmly only an hour after taking antibiotics!
Carbonated drinks (fancy, coca-cola, sprite, lemonade, etc.) and alcohol should be excluded from the diet for the duration of treatment.
During treatment with antibiotics, the immune system must be regularly 'fed' with proteins (animal proteins). Here there is a reason to enjoy seafood delicacies and delicate fish in a variety of forms! Boil the fish soup from the carp, trout, salmon, pink salmon, bake fish fillets with onions, carrots and other vegetables, simmer in tender wine or spicy sauce tender meatballs from cod and hake.
Boiled, stewed and baked fish (daily portion - 250 g) will provide you with all the necessary proteins. And if in the morning you can eat a couple of sandwiches with caviar (anyway - black, red or pollock) - the body will just sing with happiness!
If you decide to try meat delicacies, then remember that fatty meat is bad for you, so immediately refuse lamb and pork. But veal, rabbit meat and, of course, chicken fillet, turkey (day portion - 200 g) can eat in full pleasure! What is the best way to cook meat, fish and poultry during the treatment? Steaming for a couple is considered the most useful, in second place is cooking, on the third - tusheie. The meat can be baked, but it must be obligatory in the oven, in no case in the microwave oven (the microwave transforms the protein, making it less nutritious). The most optimal dish is steam cutlets. But about the frying will have to forget for a while - in fried foods are formed substances that deprive the activity of many antibiotics.
In the annotations to drugs, sometimes there are references to products that are incompatible with these drugs. For example, during the reception of erythromycin and tetracycline from the diet should be excluded milk and sour-milk products, some newer drugs are destroyed in an acidic environment - such antibiotics are harmful to the neighborhood with citrus fruits. If you drink such products with milk or orange juice, there will be no results in treatment - the infection was as it was, and it will remain. So carefully read the annotation to antibiotics!
If you think that bio-yogurt and kefir are an excellent prevention of dysbacteriosis, then you are not entirely right: these products contain mainly specific lactic acid bacteria, which in our body are not native'. To support your own microflora will help vegetable fiber and vitamins, which are contained in apples, bananas, citrus fruits and berries (cranberries, cranberries, cloudberries, blueberries, blueberries and raspberries), as well as prebiotics - food substances that provide a normal 'life' to useful lacto- and bifidobacteria, and pathogenic microbes, on the contrary, are derived from organism. As a result, the blood is purified, the metabolism is normalized and the work of the intestine is restored. Where can we get these miraculous substances?
No problem: just go to the pharmacy and ask for inexpensive prebiotics of domestic production!
To restore the antibiotic destroyed by the microflora of the intestine, eat foods that stimulate the development of beneficial microorganisms.
Berries and fruits during treatment need to eat as much as possible - at least 600 g per day. If berries are not available - lean on lemons (put in tea, squeeze into soup, add flesh to fruit salads - one day you must eat at least one lemon) or oranges (throughout the course of treatment 4-5 pieces in day).
In addition, a huge amount of vegetable fiber 'lives' in bread, coarsely, cabbage, beans, pumpkin, zucchini, bran and whole grains. Therefore fruit fruits, but in the diet during the course of treatment must include stewed and steamed vegetables, porridge from whole, unshrunk grain - and that was more tasty, add dried fruits, nuts, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon!
